We have found that most people who try mindfulness programs without a properly trained teacher or with an app, simply don’t practice regularly. Martine completed her training with Bangor University, UK and is a fully certified MBSR teacher.  She is dedicated, experienced and will go the extra mile to help you engage with your practice in a way that can bring real transformation.

Evidence-based program:

MBSR is the “real McCoy” of mindfulness training. Unlike many shorter courses,  MBSR has 35 years of research behind it and is recognised as the gold standard for mental and physical health in the field. It can lead  to measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy, and stress as well as improving the immune response in eight weeks.
